Touch Up Painter

We have one shift, OT every week, weekly pay, and a $500 Sign-On Bonus. We offer great benefits, including raises 2X a year, Attendance Bonus 2x a year, Paid Time Off earned after your first 90 days Essential Functions: • Ensure that components are properly prepped and ready to spray • Properly mix paint to specification • Spray prepared surfaces with primers and urethane topcoat • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble spray equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths • Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting • Clean equipment and work areas • Use a brush to hand-paint areas in need of retouching or unreachable with a spray gun Experience Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in industrial spray painting or automotive painting required • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Skills & Abilities: • Ability to work in a team environment • Attention to detail with good organization skills while working with deadlines • Ability to be at work on time as scheduled Physical Requirements: In this position, you will be required to: • Work in a paint booth and paint shop environment • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Able to use your hands, fingers, and arms to carry, move and spray, stoop, squat, bend, climb, twist and reach, see and hear, and stand for up to 10 hours • See all colors • Use distance vision and close vision • Ability to work overtime Benefits: • Starting pay $17.00 an hour, paid weekly with OT • Overtime scheduled regularly • $500 Sign-On Bonus upon successful completion of the 90-day Orientation Period • Performance Evaluation twice a year with a pay increase! • Attendance Bonus twice a year • 401K with company match • Paid holidays and Paid Time Off • Quality health insurance • Supplemental insurance packages available • All uniforms and tools provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime Work Location: In person
