Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is currently searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will assume a pivotal position in the day-to-day operations of trade compliance, specializing in auditing, reviewing, and hands-on data management to ensure the smooth functioning of compliance systems. Distinct from a legal framework-centric approach, this position places a strong emphasis on the practical execution of trade compliance activities, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to the operational excellence of a global organization and to grow within their career.
What You'll be doing:

• Work closely with brokers to analyze data, make corrections, and ensure accurate documentation
• Identify and resolve mismatches in trade documentations
• Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders to correct discrepancies, such as origin and customer information
• Process invoices, complete edits, and determine shipment eligibility based on compliance requirements
• Conduct thorough audits and reviews of trade transactions to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Handle heavy volumes of data, identifying discrepancies and rectifying errors promptly
• Support both export and import transactional audits
• Collaborate with the Export and Import teams to create and stabilize processes
• Ownership of: Import Record Keeping Process, Import Audit Reviews, Export AES Audit Reviews
• Collaborate closely with the Export and Import teams
• Learn and adapt to the responsibilities of record-keeping, export processes, and financial data analysis

What We are Looking For:

• Entry-level position with 3-5 years of prior work experience
• Ability to work with heavy volumes of data and conduct thorough analyses
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with brokers and internal teams
• Prioritizes tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
• Manages multiple responsibilities concurrently with an organized workflow.
• Works effectively and collaboratively within a team, contributing positively to collective goals and fostering a cooperative and supportive working environment

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$20.48 - $25.03
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
