Your Role: Trade Marketing Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain customers (Esp. property Agent & property owner) engagement with focus on strategic planning and campaign implementation (including Go to Market, marketing communication, competitor analysis)
• Implementation of tactical campaign for new sales-product launching
• Work within marketing team as well as other cross-functional department to develop and execute marketing planning and strategy
• Doing customer research (for property landscape) to understand customer needs and behaviour than provide insight for business improvement. 
• Support sales team plan in increasing revenue
• Create & planning marketing campaign in every communication channel needed (email marketing, push notification, web banner etc) to grow product awareness, adoption and purchase
• Contribute and maintain agent life cycle journey
• Analyze & giving insight related to marketing metrics data
• Create campaign & initiative to grow listing business self service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in trade marketing role at least 2 years
• Have the basic knowledge for digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc
• Passion for marketing industry and its best practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with marketing software is a plus
• Having knowledge of Property Business is a plus
• Well organised & detail oriented
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Ability to work in team or independently in fast-paced environments
