Trademark Specialist - REMOTE

What you'll do:

• Manage Cytiva's global trademark portfolio.

• Collaborate with commercial teams to implement trademark business strategies.

• Manage filing, prosecution, and monitoring of portfolio.

• Conduct trademark availability and infringement searches.

• Support legal counsel in oppositions, cancellations, and cease and desist letters.

• Provide training to product managers to help them identify and navigate legal risks.

Who you are:

• Certified trademark paralegal.

• At least 3 years of experience working in trademarks.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with IP Folio or Foundation IP databases.

• Time zone compatible with business hours in Eastern US and Europe.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Filing through US Trademark TEAS

• Madrid Protocol filings

• Project management and prioritization

Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial for the candidate to possess previous experience working in the life sciences or healthcare sector

The salary range for this role is $130,0000-$150,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
