As a technology intern, you won't just be along for the ride. You'll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, you'll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.

As an intern on the Platform Support team, you'll collaborate closely with Technology, Data, and Risk teams to enhance existing frameworks for real-time monitoring of daily trading flows from initiation to completion. You'll also engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.

Internship Requirements

• In your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field at time of application.
• Experience coding in an industry-standard language i.e. Java, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript
• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Ability to take ownership of his/her work, working both independently and within a small team
• Detail-oriented coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills
• A passion for technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work 9 weeks on-site in Tradeweb's offices from 30th June to 29th August
