Job Description:
β’ Rebuild Freddie Mac's legacy payments system to streamline the overall payments process and reduce risk.
β’ Work with Product Owners and business users to understand requirements and translate requirements into technical solutions using Nimble Development Methodology.
β’ Build robust user-facing microservices in Java/Spring Boot/RESTful following best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.).
β’ Work with technical team to develop, test, and deploy microservices.
β’ Support Payment Hub products by providing Level 3 support. This support includes providing fixes to production defects and making code enhancements.
β’ Actively facilitate issue resolution and issue tracking. Identify mitigation steps and ensure risks and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
β’ Position is eligible for part-time telecommuting.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, and five (5) years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile,
analytical and programming capabilities including:
β’ Five (5) years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies:
β’ Three (3) years of experience with SpringBoot, RESTFul Services, Angular9 (or higher), SOL, and Junit;
β’ Five (3) years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Gradle, Docker, and Fitness;
β’ Five (3) years of experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
β’ Employer will accept any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of a U.S. degree. References required.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $130,000 - $196,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
