Job Description
Do you have a passion for finance and want to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Finance Executive!
In this role, you'll be exposed to various aspects of corporate finance, working alongside experienced professionals. You'll play a crucial role in supporting core financial activities and contributing to the smooth operation of the company.
Here's what you'll do:
- Company Account Opening: You'll assist with processing requests for opening new company accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and adheres to company policies.
- Financial Instruments: Gain experience by assisting in the issuance of financial instruments, such as loans or lines of credit. This will involve gathering information and preparing relevant documentation.
- Facility Activation: Play a supporting role in the activation of new facilities by assisting with documentation to ensure all financial aspects are in order for smooth operation.
- Leasing: Participate in the leasing process, providing support with tasks like documentation and data entry.
- Insurance Management: Assist with general and project insurance matters. This may involve maintaining records and ensuring proper coverage is in place.
- Additional Responsibilities: You may also be assigned other tasks to support the Finance team, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in various areas.
What you'll bring:
- Recently graduated (or soon to be graduated) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts.
