Trainee Finance Executive

In this role, you'll be exposed to various aspects of corporate finance, working alongside experienced professionals. You'll play a crucial role in supporting core financial activities and contributing to the smooth operation of the company.

Here's what you'll do:

• Company Account Opening: You'll assist with processing requests for opening new company accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and adheres to company policies.
• Financial Instruments: Gain experience by assisting in the issuance of financial instruments, such as loans or lines of credit. This will involve gathering information and preparing relevant documentation.
• Facility Activation: Play a supporting role in the activation of new facilities by assisting with documentation to ensure all financial aspects are in order for smooth operation.
• Leasing: Participate in the leasing process, providing support with tasks like documentation and data entry.
• Insurance Management: Assist with general and project insurance matters. This may involve maintaining records and ensuring proper coverage is in place.
• Additional Responsibilities: You may also be assigned other tasks to support the Finance team, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in various areas.

What you'll bring:

• Recently graduated (or soon to be graduated) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts.
