Trainer

What will you do?

• • Hours of operation are 6 : 00 a .m. to 2 : 30 p .m. , Monday through Friday. Overtime may frequently be required . There is a 3rd shift option available aswell, 9pm-5:30am.
  • Train new temp and current associates in some process paths, and equipment.
  • Monitor new-hire performance, quality, safety, and attendance.
  • Onboarding responsibilities and admin associated with such responsibilities.
  • Work as a warehouse service associate when no new trainees are present.
  • Retraining, cross training, and assisting in the learning corner. Assisting Training coordinator in their responsibilities. Any additional responsibilities as needed.

• Training skills and working with new people.

• No degree required. 1 year of training experience in any setting. OR 2 years of warehouse experience
