Responsibilities
β’ Team Management: Coach, mentor, and oversee front and back-office dental staff to ensure excellent patient experiences and compliance.
β’ Collaboration: Work with Regional Management, Call Center, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, and other departments to analyze performance and ensure optimal staffing and patient flow.
β’ Scheduling: Manage staff, patient, and doctor schedules.
β’ Hiring and Training: Interview, hire, and train dental staff.
β’ Compliance: Oversee compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, Code of Safe Practices, and HR policies.
β’ Leadership: Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to promote clinical and administrative excellence.
