The Training System Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the administration of the electronic learning management system, training procedures and to provide ongoing training support to the manufacturing site to ensure compliance with training requirements

This position is part of the Quality team  located in Pensacola, Florida and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create, maintain, and update User accounts and training assignments in the Cytiva Learning System maintain the site training matrix , procedures, and training records.
• Interface with SMEs; business functional areas leaders and site QA as necessary to design and define methodology, monitor, and continually evaluate programs to ensure the effectiveness of training
• Design, develop, and deliver QA & On the Job Training (OJT) Courses/materials to meet business needs.
• Maintain learning objects, user groups, curriculum, and learning assignments within the Cytiva Learning System
• Influence and implement regulatory standards to incorporate within our training programs and to ensure high quality and regulatory compliance

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design ( 2+ years of functional experience with bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of functional experience with a Master’s degree)
• Direct knowledge of QSR, ISO 9001,ISO 13485 and other applicable standards and regulations preferred
• Experience developing training courses/materials and reviewing existing quality training courses
• Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work based on criticality and business needs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• Strong learning analytics and data analysis techniques
• Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
