Transport Administrator

Salary - £24,747.27 per annum plus Veolia benefits *listed below 

Location - Freshfields, Bexhill-on-Sea TN38 8AY

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to develop their administrative skills within the industrial treatment sector and is committed to delivering an outstanding service.

What will you be doing?

• Printing tickets/consignment notes for drivers.

• Updating revenue spreadsheets on a daily basis.

• Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries.

• General Filing.

• Raising requisitions.

• Updating vehicle files.

• Updating fleet system.
   

What are we looking for?

Essential:

• Previous working experience within a busy administrative role.

• Computer literate, with specific experience on Excel. 

• Being able to work in a fast paced environment. 

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a transport environment.

• Knowledge of the waste or transport industry.
