- The weekday call is from 1600-0730 the next morning.
- Weekend call starts at 1600 on Friday until 0730 on Monday.
- Most staff works 10 hours shifts - shifts vary.
- Unit: Cath Lab
- Type of equipment: GE xray system, GE hemodynamics, Meditech documentation.
- Documentation system: Meditech.
- Job Requirements
- Proper schooling/degree.
- RCIS certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
- Must be state licensed in New Hampshire.
- Cath Lab experience is preferred for travel staff.
- Schedule Information
- Scheduling requirements: 5 days/week (8 Hr days) & call generally 10 days/month for call.
- Most staff works 10 hours shifts - shifts vary.
- Unit Specific Information
- Number of Beds: 4 holding, 4 observation, 3 procedural rooms
- Patient Ratios: 3 people per team in procedural for 1 patient, generally 2 patients per nurse in holding (not for techs)
- Unit staffing description: 1 unit coordinator, 5 RCIS/Tech, 7 RNs. Generally about 9-10 staff members are scheduled daily.
- Floating policy: if no cases, may be asked to float – this is rare.
