JOB SUMMARY: • We’re looking for Certified Surgical Tech for our Critical Access Hospital in Sitka, AK. • The ideal candidate will have min 1 year of experience as CST or 5 years of surgical tech (without certification). REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum one (1) year of experience is required in the field. • Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE: • Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) required; if not certified, certification must be obtained within six months of hire or in certain instances, “on the job training” specific experience greater than 5 years may substitute for certification. • Current BLS certification.
