    Job Details
  • Position/Specialty: OR CST
  • Shift: Preference is 4x10s (6:45am to 5:15pm), 5x8s (6:45am to 3:15pm) is a possibility, with 4x10s, the day off will rotate
  • # of OR’s: 9 OR’s
  • Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, call is required (will vary based on the number of CSTs)
  • Weekend REQ: Weekends - on call
  • Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N) Yes
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N) No
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years minimum
  • First time travelers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
  • National Certs REQ: BLS, NBSTSA. MUSC does NOT accept NCCT
  • Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
  • Types of Cases REQ: General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Eyes, Urology, ENT
    Job Requirements
  • BLS required for all clinical staff
  • National Certs REQ: BLS, NBSTSA
  • Radiation Badge REQ: Yes
  • Required for all travelers prior to start
    Schedule Information
  • Preference is 4x10s (6:45am to 5:15pm)
  • 5x8s (6:45am to 3:15pm) is a possibility
  • Weekend REQ: Weekends - on call
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request

  • Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required
  • Qualivis: Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
