What You'll Do:

Traeger is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join the Travel team. In this role you will be supporting our employees with travel arrangements, including booking flights, rental cars, hotels and other travel as needed. You will work with multiple external travel providers including negotiating the best rates.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Negotiate travel provider rates
• Authorize hotel billing for daily guest check-ins
• Recover costs/credits for unused flights/hotels and track any change/cancel fees
• Review rental car damage claims and gather supporting documentation
• Audit weekly rental car invoices and properly allocate department costs
• Reconcile monthly cc statement and code each transaction to the appropriate department
• Investigate questionable charges and billing discrepancies

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1+ years of GDS experience required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• MS Office proficiency including Excel
• Detailed oriented with a high level of organization
• Ability to be on-call after hours one full week per month for travel emergencies
