  • Echo Technician specialty certifications (if any)
  • State licensure as required
    Job Requirements
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position
  • Proof of COVID Vaccine series OR Bivalent booster required
  • Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for all three
  • N95 mask fit test within a year of start
  • 3 Immunization Series, Positive Titer or Declination for Hepatitis B
  • Flu shot documentation from September-May
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • Two PPD Skin tests or One IGRA completed within the last year
  • Proof of 2 immunizations or Positive Titer for Varicella
  • Proof of Immunization for Tdap within 10 years
  • Federal, County, National and Statewide Background Check with OIG, NSO, GSA/SAM Searches required
  • All testing and forms to be signed then uploaded for review prior to start
  • CNE Non-Employee confidentiality Agreement
  • CNE Employment Verification for the last 5 years
  • CNE Covid and Flu Policy CNE Form completed annually
  • CNE Confirmation of Assignment
  • CNE Badge Photo with a neutral colored background, forward facing
    Additional Details
  • Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
  • Fit Testing is required prior to start
