- Job Details
- Certified Surgical First Assist position at WIMIL WFH Elmbrook Memorial in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
- Working hours: 1000-2030 with one rotating day off weekly.
- Call: based on department needs, currently 1-2 week night shifts, one full weekend per 4 week schedule.
- Experience required in Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics (especially total joints), and Vascular.
- Previous surgical tech experience preferred, EPIC familiarity expected.
- Job Requirements
- Required to have a current state nursing license verification within 30 days prior to assignment.
- Mandatory completion of Core Competencies and Specialty Exam.
- Proven documentation of MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations or declinations.
- Influenza Vaccine required annually, with no exemptions accepted.
- Fit Test must be done annually.
- Valid Tdap vaccination required.
- Additional Details
- AHA certification for BLS mandatory.
- Must provide 2 professional references prior to first assignment.
- Criminal Background Check Results required before onboarding.
