Home Health Occupational Therapist – Day Shifts in Redding, CA Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for home health care? Position Details: Start Date: 2/17 Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: 40 hours per week (day shifts, some flexibility required) Location: Redding, CA + surrounding areas (Anderson, Shasta Lake City, Palo Cedro, Bella Vista, Millville, Lower part of Shingleton) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality home health occupational therapy Work with a caseload of 20-25 patients per week Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans Complete OASIS documentation (same-day required) Utilize Homecare Homebase EMR for documentation Attend one mandatory in-office day per week (Tues-Thurs) Requirements: Active California OT License Minimum 2 years of OT experience Must have recent Home Health experience (including OASIS-E after Jan 2023) Ability to manage productivity points (26-28 per week) Compensation & Benefits: Weekly gross earnings up to $2,446 Per diem for meals & lodging available (based on IRS guidelines) Monday-Sunday pay cycle Scrub color: Any This is a great opportunity for an experienced home health OT looking for a stable contract role in a supportive environment.
