• Shift: 7-5

• Setting: 200 bed specialty care hospital

• Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, Pediatrics

• Region's premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services

• Trauma Level: 2

• Weekend Hours: On call

• Call Requirements: Must punch in 30 mins from time you are called in. # of call depends on # of team members

• Equipment: Cath Lab Suite

• EHR: Merge Hemo

• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Peds, Adult and Geriatric

• Scrub Color: Hospital provided

• Any unacceptable attire: Jewelery

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted MI License

• Required Certifications: BLS

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Panning and scub in for IR procedures as well as circulate for IR procedures including Angiography, including Cerebral, Renal, Hpatic, Mesenteric, Lower extremity, and PE, DVT.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: US and CT biopsy, Vertebroplasty, LP, EVAR, Fistulograms, Shuntograms w/declot, Central line placement

• Personality Fit: Flexible, team oriented, mutual respcet

• 1-2 years experience required

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
