    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
    Job Details
  • Oregon RN Lic and Washington/Compact RN Lic required - travelers will float between all Legacy facilities in Oregon and Washington
  • MUST HAVE APPLIED FOR OR RN LIC AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
  • REQUIRED:
  • OR RN Lic prior to start
  • WA RN Lic prior to start - Or active Compact RN Lic
  • 1 year experience
  • Previous Travel experience Preferred
  • Shift: 12N
  • Start Date: ASAP - Any Monday
  • Weekends: Every other
  • REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
  • Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty.

    Unit Specific Information
  • Floating Acknowledgement - Must be signed by all clinical candidates that will be working at Legacy
  • All candidates must review prior to start. Nothing to turn in.
    Additional Details
  • AHA only. AHA RQI and instructor cards are acceptable.
  • Required for RT at ALL Legacy Health facilities.
