Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current LPN Med Surg experience.

• Current OK RN License - compact allowed (PA, OH NOT COMPACT)
• Current AHA BLS
• **ANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED WILL GO HERE**
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO
• Resume
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week:

Shift: Nights 12 hours 7:00P - 7:00A (12 Hour Nights)

On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)

Travel Hourly Pay: $16.00

Travel Stipend: $653.76

Travel Weekly Package: $1229.76
