    Job Details
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.
  • Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running.
  • Rural experience is preferred.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years recent experience - Required
  • CERNER EMR experience – Required
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
    Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
  • RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
  • Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
  • Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%
  • Call, Call-Back and Charge: Not applicable for this need.

  • The Cox House has seven independent senior apartments with off-street parking.
  • The Stoughton and Evarts Houses provide Level III Residential Care Nursing.
