50 mile radius rule Guaranteed Hours 36/48 hours rotating per two weeks Years of Experience 2 Years LPN med surge recent EPIC CHARTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED **Travelers must be willing/able to do whatever is needed. Must be able to work with kids if asked. . Med Surg – flexible with scheduling 3/2, (36/48 rotating schedule) Prev. travel strongly preferred. MS or Compact License. Staff here are good, home town people. Very helpful and accommodating. Small facility. Very rural. very few housing options. Unit Notes **FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO START can be done at facility the week prior to starting. Remote process takes 7-10 days FLU vax required, medical exemption allowed with documented evidence of past severe reaction from a healthcare provider
