Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Variable Shifts Seeking experienced LVNs for 26- or 52-week contracts starting March 3, 2025. Credentialing takes two weeks, and applications must be submitted by February 11. The role requires 40 hours per week with variable shifts. Training lasts 30 days on the day shift (5x8s), including medication certification and shadowing. Attendance during training is mandatory. Candidates must have an active CA LVN license (or be in the process of renewal), BLS certification, and at least one year of specialty experience. Travel experience is preferred but not required. The facility follows CA state patient ratios, uses pen-and-paper charting, and provides PPE.
