- Would expect to work any holidays that fall during contract.

- Proof of vaccine Sept 2024 booster, declination or exemption (with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL.
- Attached scanned proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
- Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.
- Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption (with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL. Flu dates: 10/1/2024-4/30/2025.
- Attached scanned proof of 1 vaccination with date or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
