  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
    Job Details
  • Staff nurse in ED for all ages.
  • Duties include triage, assessments, treatments such as wound care and orthopedic, care of behavioral health patients, trauma, codes, critical care.
  • T-System electronic record, Med Dispense utilized in the unit.
  • Minimum 2 years ED experience required.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
  • PALS required
  • TNCC preferred
  • ENPC preferred
    Schedule Information
  • Always minimum of 3 nurses on duty.
  • No on-call requirements.
  • Every other weekend required.
  • Shifts vary depending on need but include days, evenings, and overnights.
    Unit Specific Information
  • During full staff nurse to patient ratio is 3:1.
  • Orientation checklist and competencies will be provided on first day. Nurse will work alongside another nurse to become familiar with unit and complete orientation. Orientation length varies depending on the person but no longer than 1 week.
