- Is on-call REQ? Yes, 4x12s: 12 hrs over 4 wk; 3x12s: 24 hrs over 4 wk
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, float to antepartum and postpartum
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Not guaranteed
- Pending License accepted: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval
- Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours (36/48/40) / week, facility is allowed
- Special Requirements: Circulate and FHM skills required; MUST have experience in a large L&D unit/facility; MUST HAVE 3s/4s in postpartum, baby nurse, meconium deliveries.
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Cerclage, version, C/S, PPTL, external and internal monitoring, AROM, medically assisted deliveries. C-hyst, neonatal palliative care, Nitrous, massive transfusion protocol, malignant hyperthermia.

- No locals within 75 miles
- COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical

- A valid non-local driver’s license is required. Identification cards are not accepted. If approval is needed, please have the candidate send in a letter, stating how they are getting to and from work so that we can ask for approval. MDC- Please note that the location is not near public transportation.
