RN Hospice - Fond du Lac, WI Travel in a 60 mile radius of Southfield - Detroit area making home hospice visits. 13 weeks Mon - Fri. 8am - 5pm, 40- hours per week Start Date: 3/10/2025 Hours Per Week: 40.00 Hours Per Day: 8.00 Minimum Degree Required: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO) Certifications & Licenses: RN MI or Compact license as an RN Homecare homebase EMR charting experience- required Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license.
