As a RN, you will be responsible for the safety, comfort, and care of patient before, during, and after surgery. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Accuracy in charting, observing changes in vital signs, and tracking the labor process is vital to ensure both the mother and baby remain safe. •Assist the mother with pain relief methods, including administering medications and offering comfort measures • Measure the mother’s vital signs and assess fetal heart tones continuously. • Understanding of labor progression, birth interventions, fetal heart rate monitoring, and postpartum care. • Couplet care, nursery care. Requirements: • Active CA licensure as a Registered Nurse • BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN • Ambulatory experience • Minimum 2+ years experience Apply today to learn more about what TACT can offer you!
