Required Certifications ACLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), STABLE Certification Shift Notes 12 hr Nights, EOW, First to Float Unit: Family Birthing Center - # beds: L&D - 4, MB - 8 - Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP and Advanced Fetal Monitoring are required. At least 2 year of L&D experience. - Ratios: L&D - 1:2, 1:1 active delivery. MB - 1:4 (couplets) - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: Yes, generally does not take patients, but will do break relief. - Nurse Aides: No - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
