Shift: 12H Rotating Shifts, non-negotiable, block booking not available.
Agency switches not allowed by facility.

* Must be atleast 50 miles from the facility
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide care for patient with advanced heart failure heart transplants candidates and recipients and LVAD therapy. Experience with pre and post op patients. High acuity environment with complex patient cases.
Job Requirements:
-RN License NY License ONLY
-Two 2 Years Experience
-Telemetry experience required
-Experience with Swanz Catheters preferred
Certifications:
- BLS American Heart Association ONLY
- ACLS American Heart Association ONLY
