  • Shift: 3x12 Nights (7p-7a)
  • Ratios: Team
  • Weekend REQ: Every Other Weekend
  • Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): N
  • Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, can be floated to MUSC Health Columbia NE or DT.
    Job Requirements
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
  • License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
  • Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS
  • Previous Charge Experience, Epic Experience Required
    Schedule Information
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
  • Local Radius: 60 miles
  • Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Trauma Level Preferred: Trauma Level I & II
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of I9 or Attestation required - must provide proof of I9 to facility
  • Copy of Driver's License Required.
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required per facility.
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have an employment authorized Everify on file.
