  • Assess acute changes in patients and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Chronic Vent experience required.
  • Use of EKG; RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation - required to pass EKG strip test at orientation.
  • Prefer competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem.
