Experience Requirements: 3+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting. Must have experience with postpartum, couplet care, and circulating for C-Sections. Experience Preferred: 5+ years of RN experience License/ Certification: AK state license (highly preferred to be active or in process at time of submittal), BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring Floating Requirements: to all departments when necessary Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week period On-Call Requirements: 3 shifts in 6-week period Holiday Requirements: Per unit's needs New Graduate? No Free 1 bedroom housing included! Pet units are not available. Up to 14 days of time off may be requested, including max of 4 weekend shifts. All RTO must be requested at time of submittal
