  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
    Job Requirements
  • Current Indiana RN license required.
  • BLS certification required prior to start.
  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days prior to start.
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination required.
    Schedule Information
  • Full-time position with variable shifts.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Clinical skills checklist to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
    Additional Details
  • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
  • Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred to be completed prior to start.
  • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025; exemptions accepted but masks required.
