    Job Details
  • Job Summary: The Medical-Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures.
  • The nurse must be able to assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records and provide patients and families with support and education.
  • RN must have experience in med/surg/tele and/or PCU, and experience with IV drips is highly preferred.
    Job Requirements
  • RN must have experience in med/surg/tele and/or PCU
  • 2 Years experience in specialty
  • Previous travel experience preferred
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: NIGHTS, 6:30PM-7AM
  • Weekends and holidays as needed

  • ALL TRAVELERS: CoxHealth is currently requiring the flu vaccine, please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain if offered prior to submitting
  • MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying
  • If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
