    Job Details
  • The Nursing Resource Team is a hospital-wide float department that serves the ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health service lines.
  • Responsible for caring for a wide range of patient populations as a member of the Nursing Resource Team (NRT).
  • Promotes optimal health, well-being and safety through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards.
    Job Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing program (BSN highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health/Psych (adult acute, youth acute, addiction recovery).
  • Experience with cardiac drips and non-invasive ventilation.
  • State of ID (or compact) RN license.
    Schedule Information
  • 12-hour shifts 0700-1930 / 1900-0730.
  • Schedule dependent upon unit needs.
  • Every other weekend required.
    Unit Specific Information
  • NRT float RNs and traveler RNs have a consistent schedule and know when they work.
  • Floating to other units/departments is required.
    Additional Details
  • 3 years' experience in all units listed: ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, Behavioral Health (adult and youth), and Addiction Recovery.
  • BLS - AHA, ACLS - AHA, NIHSS required.
  • Restraint C and MOAB can be completed during orientation.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
