Will train in Home Health setting if needed

Mileage: paid drive time and mileage at federal rate

Schedule: Monday thru Friday generally 8-430 though clinician creates their own schedule and we are very flexible.

Experience: HH experience preferred but not required - will train as needed

EMR: Homecare Homebase

July 2025 start date

13 weeks, possible extension

Hours: 40 guaranteed; paid charting time

Baxter, Minnesota

Minnesota license preferred. Minnesota has a temp license and will wait for the license to process.
