Offering at least 13 weeks and option for longer term - 1 year

36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours

50% Waukon, Iowa SNF
50% West Union, Iowa SNF
Drive Time and Mileage paid between facilities

Iowa license preferred but will wait for the license.
