    Job Details
  • Job Summary: Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
  • Helps patients improve their basic motor functions and reasoning abilities, and compensate for permanent loss of function; help patients to have independent, productive and satisfying lives.
  • Participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS thru AHA required
  • Current ND licensure
  • Min of 1 year of OT experience
  • IP, OP and LTC experience
  • Willing to float between the IP, OP and LTC facilities?
  • Does this candidate require time off during assignment?
  • Is this candidate a 1099 employee? Provide supplemental insurance information in profile.
