Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Variable

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Position will be working under Homecare department and requires driving to patient homes in personal vehicle

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy

• Current CA driver's license

• Must have at least 1 year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or outpatient setting

• Must be able to provide 3 supervisory references
