NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. OT needed – asap start date, 16 week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Looking for an OT who could help with DOR duties.

Licenses: OT-WA
Certifications: BLS-AHA; OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Float: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w/i 30miles)
