Equipment: Standard PT outpt equipment Patient Ratios: 1:1, 45 min eval and treat. Expect 87% scheduled Number of clinician = 3 PT, 1 PTA, 3 OT Years of Experience: 1 preferred Call Requirements: N/A Weekly Guaranteed Hours: Min 36, max 40 - no overtime until 40 is reached. We will not pay for staff who choose to leave early. Scrub Color: N/A we do not require scrubs Any unacceptable attire: No open toe shoes, jeans, scents Type of Patients on Unit: General adult orthopedic, balance, generalized weakness Personality Fit: positive, cooperative, able to ask questions, patient centered. EMR: EPIC Float Requirements: May be asked to support St. Andrews SNF unit or transfer to Miles inpt or outpt if we are able to hire for open position at St. Andrews. Has worked well in the past.
