Tact Staff is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcome. Provide information and educational programs to customers. Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process. Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution. -EPIC highly preferred. -PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college), State License, and ACLS required. -KY LIC can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start. - 2 years experience required -Travel experience preferred
