Required Education & Experience:

· Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required.

· Colorado licensure as a Registered Pharmacists.

· Hospital pharmacy residency or experience in Unit Dose, IV Admixture, TPN, and pharmacokinetics is preferred.

· Previous experience in Hospital Pharmacy preferred.
