Position: Physical Therapist Location: Lake Oswego, OR Shift: 3x12 hrs (Day & Night) Total Pay Package: $2,164.00/week Job Duties: Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and limitations through detailed assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs. Provide hands-on therapy to patients to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on exercises, pain management, and injury prevention techniques. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and updates in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff.
