Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2720 per week

• PER DIEM- Physical Therapist - PT

• Position Open: 1

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Shift: Day

• Provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions

• Number of Beds: 36

• Patient Ratios: 6 pts to 1 therapist

• Equipment: Standard Rehab Equipment, Ekso NR, REAL VR

• EHR: UDS ProDoc

• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adult, Geriatric, Neuro-CVA

• Scrub Color: Black

• Parking: Anywhere that isnt marked physician or handicap

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted OK License

• Active BLS via American Heart Association

• Certs REQ: BCLS

• Years of Experience REQ: 1year

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Adults

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ortho, Neuro preferred but not required

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, Amputee, Ortho

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
