Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Thur-Mon, Including holidays

Length: 26 Weeks

Requirements:

• CA License
• 2 Years Experience
• 1year experience in Med Surg or rehab, additionally
• Must have acute experience
• Travel experience
• Inpatient, SNF, IRU/acute rehab experience
• AHA BLS
• ICU experience preferred

Other Details:

• Epic Charting
• Total Patient Care, Patient Transfers, Hands on Care, ADLs
• Need to be absolutely comfortable with working without lifts - need to accustom patients to home living
• Watchful of patient deficits and able to notify providers to modify the plan of care
• Must be able to educate patients and family: Teach patients how to live their lives and adapt to their changes in ability as well as teaching family members
• Types of Patients: Rehabilitation of post-stroke, SCI, brain injury patients, amputations, general debility, new trach, post covid, etc., MORS
• # Beds 13 beds - private rooms
• Ratios 1:4
