- Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist
- Shift: 5x8s
- Years of experience REQ: 1
- First timers accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: Every 3rd. On call for Saturday depending with rotating schedule.
- Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
- Special Requirements: Cerner required. Ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, pelvic health- Not all specialties are required.

- BLS REQ: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
- Schedule Information
- Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed.
- Is on-call REQ? No.
- Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit Information: The hospital is a critical access hospital with 12 beds. 95% care is performed on an outpt basis. The remaining is acute care and swingbed. Swingbed is similar to SNF.
- Additional Details
- Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology exam required. Not required for Techs or RRTS.
