- Critical access hospital in northwest Wisconsin is looking for a Physical Therapist to complete a 13 week travel assignment.
- This is a traveler friendly facility and the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including miles of beautiful cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails.
- Job Requirements
- Must have BLS and WI Physical Therapy Licensure.
- Required Certifications: BLS, MPT or DPT
- Schedule Information
- Shifts & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
- Flexible schedules if needed between business hours.
- Weekend Requirements: No
- Holiday Requirements: No
- Additional Details
- 12/23 START DATE
- # of patients treated per day: 9-10 patients in an 8 hour day. 45 min appts.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience preferably in outpatient.
- Department specific orientation: Yes- the first 2 days. Orientation is with the Rehab Director.
- 8a-5 pm, weekend rotation
